How to fix “your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes”?
- Unlock Apple ID account.
- Sign in using a browser.
- Verify the time and date on your device.
- Reset Apple ID password.
- Check restrictions.
- View payment methods and update them.
- Settle any unpaid charges.
- Log out and back into the Apple ID.
If you can’t find the App Store Adjust your iTunes & App Store Purchases settings and make sure that you choose “Allow” for the Installing Apps setting. The App Store should reappear on your device. If you still can’t find the App Store, swipe down to search for it with Spotlight.
If the App Store is still not there, go to Settings > Screen Time > Content and Privacy Restrictions > and make sure that you choose “Allow” for the Installing Apps setting. The App Store should reappear on your device.
